WCI Media Briefing: FY '13 Corps Funding, Olmsted Over-Run, New Legislation
Waterways Council, Inc. (WCI) will address the news media about the President’s FY 2013 budget and outlook for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Civil Works program, the now $1 billion cost over-run at Olmsted Lock and Dam, and the status of the Inland Waterways Capital Development Plan in Congress.
