Mandatory Direct Observation Collections for DOT Return-to-Duty and Follow-Up Testing

In less than one week, Direct Observation for all DOT Return-to-Duty and Follow-Up drug testing becomes mandatory rather than remain an employer’s option. Monday, August 31, 2009, is the effective date.
