MAC and Bob Couttie offer free video / teaching aid warning of the dangers of enclosed/confined space entry.

We have made several references to the animated video version of The Case of the Silent Assassin video, based on a report by Ron Strathdee of the Isle of Man, intended as a teaching aid regarding enclosed/confined space entry. We are pleased to tell you that this will be made available free of charge. Some PSC and safety inspectors may like to have a copy on their laptop.

A low resolution version, using flash, is on the www.maritimeaccident.org website under the 'news & mail' tab for you to preview. So that our rather modest server doesn't get overloaded, if you would like the full resolution DVD version please email: [email protected] and we will forward the appropriate link. Let us know what format you would like it in; for example, mpeg or an ISO file for creating DVDs.
