Internal Auditor ISO 9001:2008 for Industry and Service Providers

Content / Course objective
A detailed process analysis enables them to identify risks, needs for improvement and ways of increasing efficiency. The module considers the recommendations contained in the ISO 19011 standard. Practical case studies are used to illustrate the auditing process and attendees will gain qualification as an internal auditor.
