Another cruise ship employee, 25-year-old Fabian Palmer, has been indicted on charges related to the sexual abuse of a minor. Allegations that he had sex with a teenage passenger onboard Royal Caribbean’s Adventure of the Seas in mid-December have been circulating.

The 14-year-old victim has come forward to police. She describes the incident as follows: she was alone on the ship’s deck as the male employee approached her; he took her to the men’s locker room to engage in sexual acts, and stopped when another employee attempted to get in the room.

Videos onboard captured the incident that the victim described. Palmer was interviewed by Royal Caribbean crew members and admitted to the crime, although he believed that she was 16 years old. The alleged attack is the latest in a string of sex assaults on young girls traveling with their families on cruise ships.
