AIMS Global Consulting Establishes Strategic Alliance Houston Consulting Group
AIMS Global Consulting LLC has established a strategic partnership with The Houston Consulting group (HCG), a process safety and reliability-focused practice with broad experience in oil & gas, chemical process, and process manufacturing industries.
AIMS Global Consulting specializes in solving issues surrounding offshore and remote assets, including asset integrity management, process safety, reliability & maintenance, project management, and operator competence. Services include Corporate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), compliance with safety-critical elements and legislation, establishing maintenance regularity (OPEX & CAPEX Balance), and visualization and data management technology for Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM).
“The partnership with HCG strengthens our engineering, operational, and PMI certified Project & Program Management skill sets, and allows us to scale our business to match project needs,” says Rob Smith, Head of AIMS Global’s Americas office.
Charles Rogers, Managing Director of HCG says, “Our partnership with AIMS and its ZynQ 360 Software and Digital Reconstruction technology gives us new capabilities to help Owner/Operators lower operational costs and risk, and increase uptime on Oil and Gas assets. AIMS and Rob have developed a great technology solution set we can complement with Reliability & Maintenance best practices to take clients to the next level of operational performance.”
“One of the highest impact solutions is the ZynQ 360 Software and Digital Reconstruction technology along with the appropriate alignment of operations, says Robert Smith. “The strategic application of this technology allows complete lifecycle management, better documentation for regulatory compliance, and reduces both operational costs and risk. The investment will pay for itself in one focused project with an asset, and fully implemented can have a multiple Return on Investment (ROI) in less than a year.”
