EPD Names Karaszewski

Electronic Power Design, Inc. (EPD), of Houston, TX, a world class electrical systems integrator appointed Zbigniew (Zbig) J. Karaszewski as its Business Development Consultant – Government. In this role, Zbig will promote EPD’s technical capability, and promote sale of EPD products and services to the United States governmental entities.

EPD has over 20 years of extensive experience in marine, drilling, propulsion, power/control systems, mining, petrochemical, steel, paper, plastics, dredging, and renewable energy sectors. EPD provides value-added electrical products and services to a variety of industries worldwide with emphasis on total power system integration and automation.

Zbig is a 35-year marine and energy industries veteran and a principal of Giotto Technologies, Inc. in Vienna, Virginia. Zbig offers diverse experience in general engineering and management, applied research and development, shipbuilding and ship operations, strategic and operational planning and business creation and operation. Zbig develops and manages projects related to operations management, systems engineering, naval architecture and marine engineering, Intelligent Control and Health Management Systems (ICHMS), quality management systems, training and education and consultancy for business process reengineering and enterprise resource planning.
