Seagulls Singapore Office to Host the APRO Assessor Training Course May 18th -19th

Join Seagull on May 18th for “Introduction to APRO” held as a morning session 09:00 – 12:00. This introduction session is a great opportunity to gain a basic knowledge about APRO and have the opportunity to ask questions. This introduction session is free of charge.

For those of you continuing with the goal of obtaining the “APRO Assessor Training Course Certificate” the afternoon session, held 13:00 – 16:00 and will continue on the following day May 19th from 09:00 – 16:00.  These sessions will build from the first introduction session and delve in greater detail how APRO works and how it can benefit your company personnel processes.

Please note that the APRO Assessor Training Course” is a pre-requisite to use APRO and a fee applies to receive the APRO Assessor Certificate. 

Ability Profiling (APRO) is psychometric assessment software developed to be used as a support tool during recruitment of junior seafarers and the screening of students for maritime studies. The program was developed in a research and development program headed by the Norwegian Marine Technology Research Institute and was supported by University in Oslo, DNV, and the shipping industry.
