Offshore Inland Announces New President, Tom Haley

Offshore Inland Marine, Oilfield Services (OIS) is pleased to announce Tom Haley has joined the global services company as President. Mr. Haley brings over thirty-five years of oil and gas industry experience in management positions with Quality Oilfield Products, Stewart & Stevenson, FMC-Subsea Drilling Systems, and most recently as General Manager of McDermott Subsea. Mr. Haley brings a wealth of deepwater floating facility, drilling, and subsea experience; as well as offshore construction, product ad service development strategies, project management, and international business experience to better position OIS for its international growth.
