The Maritime Executive is hosting “Revitalizing the Maritime Industry: A Maritime Forum" on May 7th and 8th at the Conference Center at the Maritime Institute (CCMIT). The two-day conference is only $575.00. CCMIT room rates are $139+ tax for a single-bed room and $184 + tax for a double-bed room with meals included. Also, CCMIT provides FREE shuttle service to/from AMTRAK and BWI Airport.

If any conference attendees are planning to attend the National Propeller Club’s “Salute to Congress” on May 8th, which is $220 per seat. Please check with MarEx staff about a low cost shuttle service to/from the Congressional Country Club from CCMIT.
The Maritime Industry Congressional Sail-in is on May 9th (FREE- but space limited). A free shuttle service to/from AMTRAK Station is provided by CCMIT. AMTRAK ticket from BWI Station to Washington Union Station is $14 each way, or you may also use the regional MARC commuter train to/from the BWI Station as well for only $6 each way.
