Jonathan W. Cook, Excelerate Energy COO Resigns

As Chief Operating Officer at Excelerate Energy, Mr. Cook had responsibility for the implementation of the operations, technical and administrative initiatives of the company. As one of the founders of Excelerate Energy, Mr. Cook had been part of the top management team since its inception in 2003, bringing more than twenty-five years of experience in the marine transportation and energy industries to the organization.

Mr. Cook graduated from Texas A&M University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Transportation and holds an Unlimited Master Mariner's license as Master Upon Oceans with Unlimited Tonnage.

Per the company website, Excelerate Energy is a developer of LNG transportation and re-gasification solutions , provides LNG storage and re-gasification services and is an importer of LNG, with commercial control of approximately $3 billion in assets, including six LNG receiving terminals.
