ABS Quality Evaluations Presenting at International Conference on ISO 9000

ABS Quality Evaluations will exhibit and present at the International Conference on ISO 9000—the most comprehensive program in the world focused on ISO 9000/QMS—February 18-19, 2013 in San Diego, California.

ABS Quality Evaluations will be located at booth #106. On Tuesday, February 19, Marta McCann, Operations Manager and Business Development (NE), ABS Quality Evaluations will speak at Session #ISO212 from 3:40 pm – 4:15 pm.

The presentation, “What Is ISO 9000 from the Customer Standpoint,” will focus on developing and implementing an ISO 9000 system for improving customer communication and satisfaction. McCann’s presentation will also discuss how a quality management system can provide a high level of structure throughout all facets of an organization.

“In an organization, ISO 9000 is a way to strengthen the overall operation through a systematic approach,” said McCann. “It can also be a new way of producing and servicing clients and receiving a good return.”

ISO 9000 starts from the top by believing in the quality service that is needed to bring a positive culture to a company.
