[Video] Top Officials Speak at National Maritime Strategy Symposium

Mr. Paul “Chip” Jaenichen, Acting Maritime Administrator delivers his Opening Plenary presentation during the National Maritime Strategy Symposium in Washington D.C. at the U.S. Department of Transportation on January 14, 2014.

His compelling speech detailed the history of the U.S. Merchant Marine and the threat that the current weakened fleet of 179 U.S. Flag vessels poses for U.S. national security. Maritime TV was there for the coverage.
