MITAGS will be the site of Gas Technology Institute's course "Fundamentals of Baseload LNG: Markets, Technology, Economics," May 5-9, 2008. At this 4-1/2 day program, designed for those new to the LNG industry, participants interact with a team of the world's leading LNG authorities, who will present the latest information on markets and supply sources, contracts, pricing, liquefaction and regasification technology, shipping, project economics, and financing. Highlights of the program include a visit to Dominion Cove Point LNG's terminal in Lusby, Maryland, and a tour of MITAGS's simulation facilities in a special hands-on after-hours program.
