Inchcape Shipping Services is to launch a Commercial Help Desk in Shanghai. Staffed by Ms Lu Lu, the new customer focused service, commencing on 1 April, will serve as a key interface between the ISS network and the company’s existing and prospective Chinese speaking customers.

Wilkinson named Massachusetts Maritime Academy 2010 ‘Maritime Person of the Year’

Geoffrey C. Wilkinson was recently named Massachusetts Maritime Academy’s 2010 ‘Maritime Person of the Year’ for his career of excellence, innovation and service to the maritime industries. He will be awarded the Captain Emery Rice Medal, named for an 1895 graduate and hero of World War I, on Nov. 5 at the 16th annual Admiral’s Ball, at the InterContinental Hotel in Boston.
