Human Rights at Sea has updated its free on-line library as part of the charity’s drive to continue with the provision of academic materials, press articles, publications and policies for students and organisations around the World.

We are building the HRAS Library and we would appreciate submission of any articles, papers, documents that may prove useful to the international community on a freely available basis, says Founder David Hammond.

Human Rights at Sea is an independent charity undertaking research, investigation and advocacy for human rights issues in the maritime environment, including contributing to the support for the human element that underpins the global maritime and fishing industries.
